Rules

When entering Secret4.net Chat, you agree not to:

1. Harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress or discomfort to another Secret4.net Chat member, subscriber, user, or other individual or entity using or accessing Secret4.net Chat;
2. Transmit via Secret4.net Chat any information, data, graphics, links, or other materials that are or may be considered to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or in any way violates any copyright or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any person;
3. Impersonate in Secret4.net Chat any person, including, but not limited to, a Secret4.net employee, host, or manager;
4. Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue in a Secret4.net Chat room or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other members;
5. post or transmit any advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation to other members, in Secret4.net Chat;
6. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing Secret4.net Chat or in connection with your use of Secret4.net Chat in any manner.
7. Secret4.net cannot ensure that chat messages may not contain material that could be offensive to some.
8. Secret4.net does not monitor or resolve disputes between users; however, we will revoke the membership of users who are continually abusive.
9. Your public chats in Secret4.net Chat rooms are not private.
10. Secret4.net does not verify any information posted by users or others or guarantee the proper use of such information by any party
11. Never allow any children (under age persons) on webcam. This means no kids on your lap while webcam chatting, and NO children in the background.

What to do if someone is harassing you

If you're bothered by someone in a public chat room who is violating the Secret4.net Chat rules, or the Membership Agreement, cut and paste the relevant content into an email and send it to support@Secret4play.net including the name of the offender, time and room of occurrence.

Please refer to this page from time to time for any updates Secret4.net may make to the chat rules. Those who are found in violation of the rules will receive a warning and/or have their chat privileges suspended.
